施工阶段箱形桥混凝土温度梯度研究Study on concrete temperature gradient of box bridge during construction

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究施工过程中箱形桥混凝土截面温度变化及温度梯度,利用ABAQUS软件建立箱梁段(A1,A4,A6)模型.利用现场采集的桥梁洞室内外环境温度作为温度场边界条件,对施工期间箱梁桥的不同截面混凝土温度进行模拟.选定2d进行全天桥梁温度监测,并对比模拟与实测数据.结果表明:当外部温度越高,内外温差越小时,混凝土内部梯度的差异越小,与中国、美国、新西兰相关规范拟合线越偏离,反之接近.研究施工中箱梁桥面板(暂未铺道砟)发现,现有中国规范(TB 10002.3—2005)中有砟混凝土梁桥温度幂指函数指数a上浮20%~40%后更接近施工中的温度梯度变化.
