基于BIM的装配式建筑智慧建造应用研究Application research of BIM-based intelligent construction of prefabricated building

摘要(Abstract):
装配式建筑具有高效、环保、安全的特点,是建筑业未来发展的趋势.我国装配式建筑在实际应用中面临信息共享困难、现场施工水平低等问题.随着智能建造的兴起,BIM技术的运用可以帮助装配式建筑解决现有问题,促进其智能化发展.基于此,通过介绍BIM、智慧建造的有关概念,提出了基于BIM的装配式建筑在设计、生产和施工中的应用,最后展望其发展趋势.
