摘要:

工程项目的成功与否在很大程度上取决于工程项目管理团队的有效性,通过建立工程项目管理团队有效性的评价指标体系,利用聚类分析的理论和方法结合实例构建了相关的评价模型,得出了灰色聚类评价的结果.旨在对工程项目管理团队的管理全过程进行全方位评价,为项目管理团队的绩效管理提供参考性的考核方法.

Abstract:

The success of the project mainly depends on the team effectiveness in engineering project management.In this paper,the author establishes a system to evaluate the team effectiveness in engineering project management,sets up the related evaluation model by means of the grey clustering theory and method and combined with the project practice,and obtains the result of the assessment of the grey clustering,so as to make an all-round evaluation of the whole management of the project management team and provide the referential assessment method for the performance management.
