面向森林火灾救援的消防水带自动收带装备设计

摘要:

针对森林火灾消防远程救援供水系统的水带自动收卷难题,设计开发了一款面向森林火灾救援的消防水带自动收带装备。该消防水带自动收带装备主要包括:水带收卷导向器(位于消防车前端)、水带收卷器(核心部件)以及水带收卷储存仓。重点对水带收卷器的整体结构、关键部件以及控制系统进行了理论分析和试验研究。试验测试结果表明,基于设计开发的消防水带自动收卷装备系统实现对1~10 km长度的消防水带自动收卷工作,满足实际消防救援需求。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of automatic hose rewinding in the remote rescue water supply system for forest fire fighting, an automatic fire hose rewinding equipment for forest fire rescue is designed and developed. The automatic fire hose rewinding equipment mainly includes a hose rewinding guide(located at the front end of the fire truck), a hose rewinder(core component) and a hose rewinding storage bin. Theoretical analysis and experimental research are focused on the overall structure, key components and control system of the hose rewinder. The test results show that the designed and developed automatic fire hose rewinding equipment system can realize the automatic rewinding of fire hoses with a length of 1-10 km and meet the actual needs of fire rescue.
