近年来,随着我国工程建设信息化的不断发展,BIM(建筑信息模型)技术作为新一代的计算机辅助设计的基础性技术,在我国工程建设领域的应用越加广泛.介绍了BIM技术的概念及其在国内外建筑行业的发展状况,重点研究了在建筑施工阶段BIM技术的应用价值、存在的问题及解决的方式,为今后建筑施工企业应用BIM技术于实际工程,提供了一定的参考.
Abstract：With the development of information technology in the engineering construction,BIM(building information model) technology as a basic technology of the next generation of computer-aided design application in the construction field has increasingly become widespread in recent years.This article introduces the concept and development about BIM technology in the construction industry at home and abroad and focuses on the study of the value of BIM technology in the construction industry,the problems existed and solutions concerned.It offers some reference on the future application of BIM technology for construction enterprises.
